Bio

I’m a millennial mom of two, an eldest daughter, and a deep feeler. I know what it’s like to want to show up differently, to break patterns, and to navigate the messy and beautiful work of parenting. For over 10 years, I’ve supported families and parents in finding more calm at home, setting loving limits, and navigating neurodevelopmental differences.

I’m an attachment-focused therapist who supports overwhelmed parents and adults navigating anxiety, emotional reactivity, and complex family relationships. I also offer play-based therapy for children, helping them build emotional awareness, understand how feelings show up in the body, express their needs, and develop supportive coping strategies.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me kayaking, curled up with a good book, or sipping coffee at the beach while my kids play.
