A collaborative and supportive space for families and parents to deepen understanding, improve communication, and strengthen emotional bonds. Whether meeting as a family or focusing on your role as parents, sessions focus on reducing conflict, repairing relationships, and creating a connected home environment.

Stay calm during hard parenting moments (and understand your own reactivity)
Respond differently to challenging behaviours with practical tools
Support your child’s big emotions
Set loving limits and boundaries to reduce power struggles
Strengthen emotional connection with your child
Within in adult relationships, we can explore how to:
Work through patterns of enmeshment or estrangement
Repair relationships where there’s been distance, hurt, or misunderstanding
Begin to shift repetitive arguments and stuck dynamics
Create more calm, connection, and closeness at home
Sessions are available online or in-person.
$150 per 50 minute sessionChildren & Youth
$150 per 50 minute sessionA supportive and play-based space where children can explore their emotions, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen their confidence. Using creative tools like sand tray, stories, visual aids, games, toys, art, writing, and personalized self-regulation "toolboxes", sessions make emotional learning tangible, fun, and something they can take with them beyond the therapy room.
Areas of support include:
Emotion Awareness
Social & Peer Relationships
Life Changes & Transitions
School & Learning Stress
Coping with Trauma
Play-based child therapy is one way to support your child’s emotional wellness, but it isn’t designed to directly change behaviour at home.
If you’re navigating ongoing behavioural challenges, Family/Parent support offers a space to understand what’s underneath those behaviours and how to respond and move toward change.
Child sessions are offered in-person only.
